Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and modernization projects.
• Handle B2B sales activities and develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market visits and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of orders and project completion.
• Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and payment collections.
• Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports/MIS.
• Support after-sales service coordination and customer satisfaction activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
