RSP COORDINATOR Job Title RSP COORDINATOR Function Operations Reporting to Rsp Operations Head Purpose Responsible for handling Rsp management of all service partners in the Area including partner identification thru Branch Ops, on-boarding, start-up support, capability building and evaluation Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Support the Rsp Head - Operations in the formulation of annual Reach plan for RSPs & RspFs; Work closely with the operation team to identify RSP/RSPF requirements in the Area and forward the same to the Rsp Head - Operations Identify potential service partners in the Area and forward the same to Rsp Head - Operations Support the Rsp Head - Operations in the empanelment of new service partners in the Area Conduct the induction program for all service partners in the Area Conduct all relevant operations trainings for all service partners in the Area Responsible for efficient functioning of all service partners in the Area Conduct regular audits of service partners in the Area in terms of adherence to statutory requirements, service level agreements etc.; Highlight any deviations to the Regional Head - Channel Partner Development (Rsp Ops Head) and take corrective actions, if any Monitor service partner performance on a regular basis Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators S. No Key Result Areas Key Performance Indicators Reach expansion Drive activities related to setup of service partners as per defined timelines Support in the expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities as per plan (through RSPs, RSP Fs,) for the Area Service Performance of Service Partners Operational Performance of RSPs Rsp F Capability building of service partners Conduct/ delivery of routine operations training programs for RSPs/RspF as per plan Conduct of training/ capability building programs for RSPs/RspF for rollout/ launch of new products or new processes % Coverage of RSPs/RspF in operations training programs Ensure Performance Driven Culture Adherence to Performance Management system timelines and guidelines Attrition % RSPs and RspF attrition in the Area Drive Operations Process Efficiency and capability % Increase in Service partner operational productivity in the Area (measured as shipments/ employee) Ensure Security of Shipments Number of open security related cases in Area RSP Locations Ensure Regulatory Compliance Compliance to all applicable regulatory requirements in Rsp locations Ensure Productivity Monitor To Monitor RSP Locations Rsp productivity % and maintain the balance. Drive service quality and excellence in the region service partners Overall service quality in the particular Area service partners for all products in terms of Net Service Levels (NSL) Delivery performance as per transit time for all products % Undelivered shipments Adherence to SOPs (measured in terms of number of non-compliances/ deviations) in terms of delivery and information upload Show more Show less
