Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain matrimonial services and membership plans.
  • Understand customer requirements and assist them in finding suitable matrimonial profiles.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert enquiries into memberships.
  • Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the system.
  • Provide timely assistance and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and membership conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily call reports and update management on performance.

Qualification: Any degree with good communication and customer-handling skills.

Experience: Experience in telecalling, sales, or matrimonial services is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
