As a Senior Executive Designer (Digital Content) at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Disco, the in-house Design, Innovation, Strategy, and Creative Collaboration studio at Godrej. You will play a crucial role in translating brand narratives into impactful digital experiences across various platforms. Your creative skills will be utilized to craft engaging visual assets that drive consumer engagement and strengthen the GCPL brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop digital-first design assets for social media, websites, e-commerce, and campaigns. - Design visually compelling graphics, animations, and layouts aligned with GCPL brand guidelines. - Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to deliver integrated content. - Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes for digital campaigns. - Support video editing, motion graphics, and GIF creation. - Ensure consistency of visual language across all digital touchpoints. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and innovations to push creative boundaries. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or masters degree in communication, Design, Advertising, or a related field. - 5 years of professional experience in digital design/content creation. - A portfolio showcasing digital-first design work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Sketch. - Strong understanding of digital platforms, responsive design, and user experience basics. - Motion graphics and video editing skills are a strong plus. - Awareness of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, automation, and rapid prototyping.,
