Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage engineering activities at site, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Oversee technical drawings approval process from design to erection stage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during construction operations through regular inspections and audits.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Conduct site coordination meetings to resolve issues related to conductor selection, sag tensioning, tower spotting, and other electrical infrastructure components.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Electrical Transmission Lines & Substation industry as an Engineer (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of BOM preparation, cable sizing calculations, circuit breakers installation procedures.
Proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
