Senior Engineer , infra Virtualization consultant VMWARE

You will be joining as a Senior Engineer in the Core Delivery team, specifically focused on a particular service. Your role will involve enhancing your skills across multiple specializations through your experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience with VMware infra and X86 hardware architecture at a mid-level. - Working with Virtualization Platforms such as: - VMware vSphere - VMware vROPS (vRealize Operations) - VMware vRealize Automation - VMware vRealize Orchestrator - VMware Log Insight - VMware SRM (Site Recovery Manager) - Responsible for project deliverables including planning, implementation, and documentation. - Installing and managing ESX and ESXi hosts on various models of blade and rack servers. - Deploying and managing environments, addressing logical, physical, and capacity-related issues. - Monitoring the infrastructure using vRealize Operations Manager. - Analyzing infrastructure using vRealize log analyzer. - Overseeing incident, change, and problem management processes. - Managing ESXi and vCenter environments. - Monitoring the health of the environment to detect errors and crashes. - Identifying root causes of incidents and implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Managing Virtual infra backup and restore procedures. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience working with VMware infrastructure and X86 hardware architecture. - Proficiency in Virtualization Platforms like VMware vSphere, vROPS, vRealize Automation, vRealize Orchestrator, Log Insight, and SRM. - Strong understanding of project planning, implementation, and documentation. - Ability to handle ESX and ESXi hosts on blade and rack servers. - Skills in monitoring and managing infrastructure using vRealize Operations Manager and log analyzer. - Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management processes. - Experience in managing ESXi and vCenter environments. - Familiarity with identifying root causes of incidents and implementing corrective actions. - Understanding of Virtual infra backup and restore procedures.,
