Senior Engineer - Embedded DSP SW

Role Overview: You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing multi-processor multimedia and AI frameworks spanning across CPU, DSP, and NPU at Qualcomm India Private Limited. Your role will involve developing high-performance drivers and runtime libraries to maximize the potential of specialized DSP and AI hardware, focusing on Linux Kernel, Memory architecture, PCIe Drivers, C, and C++ programming. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the development and optimization of Linux device drivers, firmware modules, and system-level components. - Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. - Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation. - Investigate and resolve complex system-level issues across hardware and software boundaries. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems, Linux device drivers, or firmware development. - 4+ years of professional experience in C and C++ programming. - Experience contributing to open-source projects, particularly in the Linux kernel community. - Good understanding of system architecture, memory management, and performance optimization.
