Senior Distributed Systems Engineer

The role is based in Bengaluru and falls under the Office opportunity type. - Achieve 99.95%+ uptime across all critical user-facing services for System Reliability. - Maintain <200ms P95 latency for all user-critical operations at 10x current scale for Performance. - Implement monitoring and automation to reduce production incidents by 80% for Incident Reduction. - Create platform abstractions enabling product teams to ship features 3x faster for Team Enablement. - Scale infrastructure costs sub-linearly with user growth through intelligent architecture for Cost Optimization. - Must have skills in Architecture, Distributed Systems, High-level design, Microservices, and be a Good Team Player. - Must have 6+ years of experience in building and scaling distributed systems handling >5K concurrent requests in production. - Expertise in distributed consensus, eventual consistency, and CAP theorem trade-offs in production environments is a must. - Hands-on experience with microservices decomposition from monolithic architectures under live traffic is required. - Production experience with service mesh technologies and container orchestration at scale is essential. - Experience in distributed caching strategies and message queue architectures handling >1M messages/day is necessary. - Deep understanding of database sharding, replication, and distributed transaction management is required. - Hands-on experience with CDN optimization and edge computing for global/multi-region deployments is a must. - Proven ability to optimize systems achieving <100ms P99 latency for critical user-facing operations is essential. - Experience with zero-trust network architectures and service-to-service authentication is necessary.,
