Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation)

About us

Earth Sky Buildcon is a design and construction management company in Faridabad. We build homes, commercial buildings and interiors across India. Our model is one fixed 20% fee, and clients pay suppliers directly. Our growth depends on enquiries from our website and social media, and we want a marketer who can bring us a steady flow of the right leads.

Your role

You will plan, run ,improve and generate leads from our paid and organic campaigns so that more people planning to build or renovate send us enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads

• Set daily budgets, write ad copy, pick creatives and audiences, and run A/B tests

• Track cost per lead, lead quality and cost per site visit, and improve them every week

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn pages: post schedule, reels and carousels using our 3D designs

• Work with our designers for ad creatives, posts and short videos

• Set up and track Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile

• Basic SEO for our website: titles, descriptions, keywords and Google reviews

• Pass leads to the sales team immediately, and make sure every lead is followed up

• Share a simple weekly report: spend, leads, cost per lead and what to change next

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads for lead generation (real estate, construction, interiors or home services preferred)

• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Sheets

• Understanding of lead forms, landing pages, conversion tracking and retargeting

• Good writing skills in English and Hindi for ads and posts

• Comfortable with data: can read numbers and take decisions from them

• Basic Canva or video-editing skills are a plus

• Honest reporting: we want real results, not vanity numbers
