Senior DevOps Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

DevOps / Platform Engineer

with

5-8 years of experience

in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

and

Microsoft Azure

, along with hands-on experience in

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

using

Terraform and OpenTofu

. The role requires building scalable, secure, and resilient cloud platforms, implementing modern deployment pipelines using

GitHub Actions and Harness

, and driving automation across the software delivery lifecycle. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, cloud security, observability, and DevOps best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across
  

GCP and Azure

environments.

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using
  

Terraform and OpenTofu

for provisioning and configuration management.

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade
  

CI/CD pipelines using Harness and GitHub Actions

.

• Automate application deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows.
• Implement GitOps and DevSecOps practices across the platform ecosystem.
• Knowledge on deploy and manage of containerized applications using
  

Docker and Kubernetes (GKE/AKS)

.

• Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Implement cloud security controls, IAM policies, secrets management, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency and cloud adoption.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, pull request workflows, and release management using GitHub.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and performance issues.
• Integrate artifact management solutions such as
  

Jfrog

Artifactory

and container registries.

• Contribute to platform engineering initiatives, migrations, reusable IaC modules, and governance frameworks.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern DevOps tools, automation techniques, and cloud-native technologies.

• Exposure to service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.

• Understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, and incident management.
  

Qualifications

5-8 years

of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
