• 3rd Round: Client Virtual

• Python Backend Developer (5+ Years Experience)
• Compliance Awareness (Preferred): Foundational knowledge of data privacy principles (e.g., DPDP, GDPR) regarding data lifecycle management, user consent management, and encryption protocols is a massive plus.
• Hands-on experience with Data Anonymization, Pseudonymization, and Masking techniques within Python pipelines (e.g., masking PII fields in logs).
• Hands-on experience of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) to enforce Least Privilege access at the API and database levels.
• Proficiency in building tamper-evident audit logs and immutable data ledgers to track who accessed or modified Personal Data (PII).
• Strong Python coding and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with API design and system architecture
• Hands-on experience with Pandas for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with cloud-native deployments on AWS
• Solid understanding of database design and caching strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
