Senior Designer - Motion Graphics

You are a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer, sought to join our dynamic team. With a strong background in motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and video production, you will conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics content for various digital platforms, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand storytelling. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Collaborating with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketers, to produce compelling visual narratives is essential. Creating engaging animations for social media, digital advertisements, presentations, and multimedia projects will be part of your daily tasks. You will edit and enhance video content by incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and special effects. Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design and animation quality is crucial. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers to ensure a high level of creativity and professionalism will be expected. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, and video production. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software) is required. A strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition is essential. Your excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals will be an asset. Experience with 3D animation, visual effects, and compositing is considered a plus. You must possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and innovative mindset are also necessary. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic projects is a mandatory requirement. Preferred qualifications include experience in UI/UX animation and interactive media, as well as experience working in an agency or fast-paced production environment.,
