Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, typography, and layout. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools. Solid understanding of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting. Experience with motion graphics, animation, or prototyping tools is a plus. A passion for design and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity.
