Job Title :: Senior Data Analyst

Location :: Gurugram, India (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite in a week)

Years of Experience :: Relevant 8+ Years

Note :: We are only looking for immediate joiner and local to Gurugram or Noida.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst. This role is critical to ensuring historical data is accurately transformed and consolidated according to complex business logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Consolidation: Work with CUO Data team to extract datasets from various systems and consolidate information from multiple databases into a unified framework
• Logic Implementation: Understand and apply complex data transformation logic and coding rules to ensure accurate historical data restamping
• Data Manipulation & Enrichment: Develop and execute data manipulation strategies using Excel and programming tools to:
• Pre-fill historical data based on defined business logic
• Identify and apply correct coding for different time periods
• Handle missing data points (e.g., using forward-fill or last-value-carry-forward methodologies)
• Technical Problem-Solving: Evaluate multiple approaches and select the most efficient methods for data transformation tasks
• Quality Assurance: Validate transformed data against source systems and business requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
• Programming expertise in one or more of the following:
• SQL
• VBA
• Python
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Experience with data manipulation
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle edge cases and incomplete data
