About the Role

Meravilla Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a CRM Executive – Post Sales Support to manage customer relationships and provide efficient post-sales support throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Real Estate CRM, Post Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Property Documentation, Collections or Customer Support and should be comfortable coordinating with customers as well as internal departments.

The candidate will act as an important link between the customer and the organization after the sale, ensuring timely communication, documentation, payment follow-ups and resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete post-sales customer relationship process.

Maintain regular communication with customers after booking/sale.

Coordinate with customers regarding KYC, documentation, agreements, payment schedules and other formalities.

Handle customer queries related to booking, documentation, payments, possession and registration.

Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal and Operations teams to resolve customer requirements.

Follow up with customers regarding pending payments, installments, documentation and other commitments.

Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.

Ensure timely issuance and collection of required documents.

Coordinate with the legal team for agreements, registration-related documentation and other customer requirements.

Provide customers with regular updates regarding project developments and important milestones.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through proper coordination.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions, commitments, payments and pending activities.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM and customer status reports.

Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure.

Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers throughout the post-sales journey.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
