Senior Customer Care Executive /Technical Support Specialist

We are currently looking to hire individuals for our Inbound tech sales process. The ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Outbound or Inbound tech support within an international BPO setting. As part of our benefits and facilities package, we offer a Fixed Salary along with High Incentives, paid on the 1st of every month. Additional incentives include Daily Sales Incentives, Attendance Incentives, Monthly Sale bonuses, and the opportunity to receive a hike of 15% to 20%. To be eligible for this position, candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of H.S/Any Grad. The shift timings are flexible, with both UK and US shifts available.
