Senior Creative Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design team: mentor, guide, review work, provide feedback, ensure consistency in quality and style.
  
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for a variety of media: digital (web/mobile), social media, video, print, branding.
  
• Use

  Figma

  to design UI/UX mockups, interactive prototypes, and collaborate with product / engineering teams.
• Create vector artwork, illustrations, icons etc. using

  Adobe Illustrator

  .
• Use

  CorelDRAW

  for print design, packaging mockups, signage and other required formats.
• Edit videos cutting, transitions, color grading, audio, motion graphics. Use After Effects or equivalent for motion design / animation tasks.
  
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency across platforms.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and development teams to understand deliverables, timelines, and creative goals.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques; propose process improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• Proven experience

  (typically 4+ years) in a senior / lead design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, video editing, motion graphics / animation.
  
• Expert knowledge of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy.
  
• Solid video editing skills: familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
  
• Proficiency in motion graphics / animation tools (After Effects, Animate, or similar).
  
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of designers / creatives.
  
• Good communication skills — able to present designs, explain decisions, give and receive feedback.
  
• Ability to work under deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  
• Detailoriented, with strong organizational skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with CorelDRAW for certain types of banner/design work.
  
• Experience working in fastpaced environments (agency, startup, performance marketing).
  
• Experience doing storyboarding and developing video / motion across platforms (social, web, presentations).
  
• Have hand on experience in working on application
