Senior (Client Accounting Services)

As a Senior at Sax LLP's Client Accounting Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing and reporting financial data for organizations. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, analyzing accounts, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards such as US GAAP, and providing valuable financial insights to management. Your contribution will directly impact the success of clients in achieving their business goals. - Prepare Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Independently reconcile Bank and CC accounts. - Analyze Financial Data: Study trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to forecast future financial outcomes. - Compliance: Uphold regulatory standards in all financial reporting activities. - Budget Management: Monitor company budgets, participate in MIS reporting, and offer financial insights to management. - Adjustment Entries: Execute monthly ADJE as per requirements from Partners/CPA for end clients. - Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights. - Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. An associate's degree may be considered for certain positions. - Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related area. - Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills. Possession of QuickBooks certification will be advantageous.
