Senior Business Development

On-site, Gurgaon Sector 66 | 5+ years | ₹ ₹40,000 to ₹45,000/month
5 days a week | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Your mission: Own partnerships and drive Joyzen’s growth with healthcare organisations.

What you will do

• Lead conversations with hospitals, clinic groups and key decision makers
• Plan and execute the business development strategy
• Close larger partnerships and manage key accounts
• Guide and support the business development team
• Share regular progress reports with management

What we need

• 5+ years in business development, with a proven closing record
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred

Work setup: On-site, 5 days a week, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
