• Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to study trends, competitors, and customer segments.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue and growth targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
