Senior Business Analyst with Corporate Actions Post Trade Experience

You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically focusing on Corporate Actions and Post-trade. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute test packs relevant to Corporate Actions, manage defects, and suggest new requirements as needed. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of Capital Market activities, Financial Products, and Financial Terminologies, along with knowledge of the Trade Life Cycle and Software Development Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate a willingness to stay updated on new technologies and frameworks. You should be able to easily grasp business requirements, translate them into functional requirements, and analyze complex IT applications and financial product structures. Strong documentation skills, experience in UAT, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential for this role. This is a hybrid work mode position, requiring you to be in the office for 2 days a week and work from home for the remaining 3 days. The location for this position is either Bangalore or Pune.
