You are a Senior Brand Creative Specialist with 8-12 years of experience, joining the growing global marketing team at Zafin. Your role involves a combination of creative ownership and hands-on execution, focusing on visual storytelling across brand, digital, and video platforms. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to create brand-aligned visual assets. - Developing visual direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations. - Reviewing and refining creative deliverables to ensure quality and consistency. - Guiding external agency designers and content partners informally to maintain brand standards. You will also be responsible for planning, scripting, and producing various video formats such as product explainers, brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content. Operating across the full video production lifecycle, including editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing. Additionally, you will experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance workflows. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-12 years of experience in visual design, video production, and digital creative execution. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and more. - Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to build narrative flow. - Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats. - Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Excellent English communication and visual editing skills.
