Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in immigration sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales teams, converting leads into clients, achieving revenue targets, and handling immigration-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and oversee the sales team.
• Handle immigration sales and client consultations.
• Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train team members on sales techniques and client handling.
• Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth client processing.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor individual team performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in immigration sales.
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leader.
• Strong knowledge of immigration and visa-related services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in team management and business development.
• Ability to handle clients, resolve concerns, and close sales.
