Job Description

Position: Senior Bioinformatician Number of Position: 1 Qualifications : Ph.D./ M.Sc./ M. Tech. in Bioinformatics/ Life Science Experience : Ph.D. or M.Sc./ M. Tech. with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in big data analysis specially Exome, Transcriptome, targeted gene panel, metagenomics data analysis, AI machine learning and NGS data clinical interpretation. Work Responsibility : 1. NGS Data analysis and handling 2. Develop AI machine learning based algorithms 3. Clinical correlation of NGS data with appropriate format 4. Participate in the lab projects for data analysis 5. Participate in educational activities. 6. Perform other related assigned work.
