Senior BIM Architect/ Senior BIM Engineer

You will be responsible for the generation and implementation of the BEP (BIM Execution Plan), which involves setting up a standard BIM process, defining working procedures, BIM standardization, and implementing related BIM solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with setting up the Common Data Environment platform, defining project stakeholders" responsibilities, conducting quality checks/model audits, and carrying out design coordination using BIM models to identify and resolve discrepancies. Your role will also include clash coordination of 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, which involves running clash tests, generating clash logs, coordinating meetings, discussing solutions with design consultants, and ensuring a clash-free model. You will extract data from 3D BIM models, provide support and training to the project team on data exchange platforms, and maintain proactive communication with clients and their BIM consultants on deliverables. Furthermore, you will review drawings to ensure they are generated from clash-free BIM models, support designers and engineers with drawing presentations and site updates, prepare various reports and presentations, collaborate during BIM progress meetings, review project documentation, and update 4D and 5D simulations monthly to track project progress and costs. To qualify for this position, you should have a degree in B.Arch./M. Arch or B.E/B. Tech Civil and possess skills in Revit, Navisworks, self-starting attitude, and proactive accountability.,
