Key Responsibilities :

• Bench Sales & Consultant Marketing:

  Actively market bench consultants across the US IT staffing market and identify suitable project opportunities.

• Vendor & Client Relationships:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and staffing agencies.

• Consultant Placements:

  Take complete ownership of the bench sales cycle, from consultant marketing and submissions to interviews, rate negotiations, and successful placements.

• Lead Generation:

  Generate new requirements and placement opportunities through vendor networking, LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, and direct outreach.

• Job Portal Expertise:

  Effectively utilize Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Rate Negotiation:

  Negotiate competitive billing rates and maximize placement opportunities.

• Performance & Targets:

  Consistently achieve individual submission, interview, and placement targets.

• Database Management:

  Maintain accurate records of consultant submissions, vendor communications, interviews, and placements.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technology demands, and changing market requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 59 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.

• Strong track record of successful consultant placements in the US market.
• Excellent understanding of the US staffing industry, vendor relationships, and recruitment processes.
• Strong existing network of

  direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and preferred vendors.

• Hands-on experience marketing consultants across technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Salesforce, SAP, and other IT domains.
• Good knowledge of US work authorizations, including H-1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, generate requirements, and close placements.
• Strong follow-up discipline, ownership, and a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established vendor network with active US staffing relationships.
• Experience handling multiple bench consultants simultaneously.
• Proven ability to generate requirements directly from vendors and clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance.
