Role & responsibilities

* Market bench consultants and maintain an active bench list.
* Handle placements for CPT, OPT EAD, GC, H1B and H-1B transfer candidates.* Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors to generate more requirements.* Customize resumes according to job requirements and submit them promptly.* Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with new vendors.* Conduct cold calling and update consultant profiles across job boards.* Maintain and regularly update vendor databases by client and region.* Monitor market trends and explore new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 2–6+ years of hands-on US IT Bench Sales experience.* Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve successful placements.* Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
