Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) to lead strategic sales initiatives, manage high-value and enterprise accounts, and mentor junior sales team members. This role plays a key part in revenue growth and market expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic business development plans
• Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and large deal opportunities
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for key and strategic accounts
• Lead client meetings, solution presentations, and negotiations
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
• Mentor and guide BDEs to improve performance and conversions
• Own sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets
• Work closely with leadership on pricing strategies and deal structuring
• Coordinate with technical, product, and delivery teams
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and networking forums

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B IT / SaaS / ERP / Software sales
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
• Experience handling large accounts and high-value deals
• Expertise in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
• Ability to mentor teams and drive consistent revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent management qualification
• Experience working with corporate and government clients
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team
