As a Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in leading or participating in moderately complex initiatives, providing expertise to develop company objectives and standards, reviewing and analyzing data for planning and decision-making, researching forecasting projections, managing financial reporting, and working on significant and unique issues. You will also be responsible for developing strategies, making recommendations for financial planning, leading project implementations, establishing effective reporting delivery, and collaborating with peers and mid-level managers in finance to resolve issues and achieve goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives - Provide expertise to develop company objectives and standards - Review and analyze data for planning and decision-making - Research forecasting projections and manage financial reporting - Work on significant and unique issues - Develop strategies for financial planning - Lead project implementations - Establish effective reporting delivery - Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers in finance **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of Finance experience - Equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education In addition to the required qualifications, the ideal candidate for this role would have: - MBA, Cost & Management Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst with post-qualification experience - Hands-on experience in various reporting and analytics activities - Good exposure to handling workflow applications and BI tools - Expertise in data retrieval from different cubes - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, Business Intelligence tools, and Powerpoint - Proficiency in AI framework and tools adoption - Certification in SAS, Python, Power BI, Power App - Good understanding of Accounting and preferably knowledge of US GAAP - Financial Services Industry experience strongly preferred Furthermore, the successful candidate should possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, strategic business focus, and the ability to lead effectively. They should be highly responsive, adaptable, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate should also be proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and have good stakeholder engagement skills.
