Senior Automation Lead

Role: Lead and evolve our automation framework while mentoring a team of high-performing engineers in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Core Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end mobile and web test automation strategies, keep existing CI/CD pipelines green with the latest product and script changes, and lead sprint quality deliverables.

Team Leadership: Proven experience leading quality engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and driving technical direction.

AI Tooling: Hands-on experience boosting productivity using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor IDE.

Development Environment: Proficiency with VS Code and modern development/debugging environments.

Must-Have Skill: Expertise in at least one object-oriented scripting language (Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript) specifically applied to mobile automation.

Good-to-Have Skill: Hands-on experience with Playwright for fast, reliable web automation.

DevOps & Pipelines: Solid understanding of DevOps concepts with experience building, executing, and maintaining automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Agile Expertise: Extensive experience operating within Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.

Qualifications: 7+ years of total software test automation experience with a track record of senior leadership in quality engineering.
