Senior Auto cad designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of new constructions, alterations, and repairs. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences. - Gathering measurements, dimensions, and conducting necessary calculations for design layouts. - Providing clients with suitable design recommendations considering factors like budget, building site, and current trends. - Utilizing CAD software and manual drawing techniques to create architectural plans for approval. - Incorporating feedback from management and clients to rework and modify designs as needed. - Estimating costs, time, machinery requirements, and other specifications for management review. - Collaborating with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and offer support. - Ensuring all essential information and documentation are accurately recorded and maintained. - Staying updated with the latest design trends by conducting research and attending workshops and conferences. - Ensuring all layouts and blueprints adhere to industry codes and legal standards. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in CAD software, and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Fluency in English is preferred. The job is full-time and requires you to work day shifts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You should be willing to commute or relocate to the specified location for in-person work.,
