Key Responsibilities

Content & Editorial

• Lead content quality across the website, blogs, thought-leadership articles, social media, newsletters and campaigns.
• Research, write and refine high-priority content, including articles, corporate communications and video scripts.
• Turn complex tax, legal, financial and regulatory topics into clear, authoritative content.
• Review and improve content from the Marketing Associate for accuracy, originality and brand consistency.
• Work with subject-matter experts so that content is credible and well researched.

SEO, AEO & Organic Growth

• Own the SEO function: roadmap, audits, optimisation and reporting.
• Lead keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor benchmarking and keyword mapping.
• Manage on-page, off-page and technical SEO, coordinating with developers and external specialists.
• Track rankings, indexing and traffic using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Drive visibility in AI-driven search through Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimisation.

Digital Marketing Operations

• Turn approved strategy into execution plans and content calendars.
• Oversee social media, Google, LinkedIn and Meta Ads, email campaigns and website updates.
• Review campaign performance and recommend changes to targeting, creative and budget.
• Make sure sensitive or business enquiries are escalated appropriately.

Quality Control & Team Coordination

• Own first-level QA for accuracy, brand, SEO and compliance-sensitive statements.
• Manage reviews and revisions, and make sure management approvals are in place before anything is published.
• Manage the Marketing Associates priorities, and brief the Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
• Maintain marketing SOPs and escalate resource or strategic issues to the Marketing Manager.

Analytics & Reporting

• Own weekly and monthly reporting across SEO, social, website, email and paid channels.
• Recommend data-driven improvements, and evaluate AI tools and new platforms.

What Were Looking For

• Mandatory:

  3–5 years of content marketing, SEO and digital marketing experience

  at a legal and/or tax advisory firm

  (law firm, tax consultancy, Big 4 or mid-tier advisory, CA/CS/legal practice).
• A portfolio of legal, tax or regulatory thought-leadership content (mandatory).
• Exceptional English writing, editing and research skills.
• Strong hands-on SEO expertise, including technical fundamentals (essential).
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO and AI-driven search trends.
• Working knowledge of paid ads, social media, email marketing and website management.
• Strong editorial judgement, analytical thinking and project management skills.
