Your role will involve staying updated on tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and mentoring other team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and implement solutions using various programming languages, Open Source technologies, and databases with a focus on Serverless initiatives - Implement automated tests to support continuous delivery and troubleshoot issues with deployment pipelines - Develop features to enhance user experience based on wireframes and design mockups - Debug issues across backend, frontend, middleware, databases, and pipelines in all environments **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree - Minimum 18 months of experience in building back-end services with languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Node, Scala, TypeScript, Spring Boot - Minimum 6 months of experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB - Minimum 6 months of experience in designing, building, and testing distributed systems - Experience in Agile or Kanban software development methodologies - 1+ year of experience with a cloud computing provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) - 1+ year of experience in implementing tests to support CICD - 1+ year of experience with a server-side application framework like Django, Express, Spring - 1+ year of experience in building and testing software - 1+ year of experience in high-level design (HLD) **Additional Details:** At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
