Key Responsibilities: - Develop robust, scalable, and efficient solutions to facilitate the development of standardized role profiles with automated provisioning and revocation of user access. - Utilize analytical thinking to create solutions that ensure 100% audit compliance. - Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to investigate issues, analyze defects, implement solutions, lead improvements, and offer guidance in building automated solutions. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of IT experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation. - Proficiency in core Java development and the ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs. - Hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ customization, especially in creating and enhancing workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and configuring IIQ objects. - Strong understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and Scrum methodology. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and Java Development is beneficial, along with experience in continuous integration and knowledge of relevant tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.
