Senior Associate - Recruitment

• Handle multiple hiring requirements across different departments and ensure timely closure of positions as per business needs.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and regular follow-ups.
• Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, market insights, competitor hiring practices, and effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hires.
• Experience in recruitment for B2G projects and government-linked initiatives, with an understanding of project-specific hiring requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment drives for government projects, ensuring timely sourcing and deployment of candidates.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
