Senior Associate - Motion Graphics

As a Motion Graphic Artist, you will play a crucial role in combining sight and sound to craft compelling stories that resonate with the target audience, particularly the youth. Your primary responsibility will involve creatively editing videos to enhance storytelling while aligning with the producer's creative vision. A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphic work will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating storyboards for motion graphics and product videos, as well as assisting in the selection of audio, video elements, colors, and animations for marketing assets. It will be vital for you to stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and solutions within the motion graphics field. Collaboration and brainstorming will be key aspects of your role, as you will be expected to actively participate in ideation sessions to contribute fresh design perspectives and concepts. Adhering to best practices for version control, file naming conventions, and graphic organization will be necessary to ensure efficiency and consistency in your work. Furthermore, you should have a solid understanding of non-linear editing systems (NLEs) to create videos from inception.
