Senior Associate - Linux Sys Admin

As an Infrastructure Specialist at PwC, your role will involve designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems to support business operations. You will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring seamless operations and high availability for clients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the day-to-day activities of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure required for service offerings - Gather requirements from clients and manage the corresponding work based on the clients" Delivery roadmap - Support services focusing on Operating System - Windows - Perform Installation, Configuration, Patching, Backup-Recovery on Windows & VMware infrastructure - Maintain, upgrade, and migrate VMware vCenter ESXi HA, DRS, vDS, vROps, and VIO - Work in Azure cloud environment - Build and configure Windows Clustering services with troubleshooting skills - Discuss requirements, performance, and integration issues with clients, providing solutions and capacity planning - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to CPU, I/O, Memory - Perform migrations from on-prem to on-prem or to cloud - Provide day-to-day production support and maintenance of server infrastructure - Design solutions transitioning from traditional, legacy platforms to microservices architectures - Identify trends, assess opportunities for process improvement, and resolve issues involving partners - Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and technology - Ensure operational, administrative, and compliance functions are carried out according to regulatory standards Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience on Windows operating systems & VMware - Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM - Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Interpersonal skills and leadership qualities Join PwC as an Infrastructure Specialist and contribute to the smooth functioning of IT systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime for clients.,
