Senior Associate HRBP

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to address HR and employee-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and employee relations initiatives.
• Support performance management, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and employee development.
• Monitor attrition trends and HR metrics to recommend improvement initiatives.
• Support talent management, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labour regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 35 years of relevant, hands-on HRBP experience.
• Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed Tier 2 management college.
• Prior experience in Tier 2 IT services or technology services companies.
• Strong practical exposure to employee relations, performance management, engagement, attrition, and grievance handling.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
