Senior Associate (Financial Due Diligence)

As a Data Analytics Assistant Manager at Grant Thornton, you will play a key role in driving innovative and strategic solutions utilizing data analytics tools and business knowledge. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of client projects to create data-driven dashboards, providing key insights, and supervising, training, and mentoring the team. You will work closely with Directors, Senior Associates, and Associates to manage client projects, practice development, and business development initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, document, and communicate project goals - Develop a path to project completion - Oversee the development of dashboards - Collect user insights and modify projects accordingly - Train the team on advanced business intelligence tools - Manage project deliverables and deadlines effectively - Collaborate with Directors and Partners to resolve issues - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Support Partners and Directors on proposals and business development calls - Manage team development and assess performance for year-end reviews **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field - Tableau Certification is a plus - Proficient in SQL or Alteryx data cleansing software - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consulting practice - CPA or related license/certification is a plus - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects - Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills - Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills - Willingness to work additional hours as needed At Grant Thornton INDUS, you will be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial firm that supports the operations of Grant Thornton LLP, the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd.
