You will be joining Morphogenesis, an interdisciplinary architecture and urban design firm founded by Sonali and Manit Rastogi in 1996. As a candidate with 12+ years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in various aspects of client, project, and consultant coordination. - Managing client relationships and facilitating team communication. - Providing mentorship and leading technical educational programs. - Participating in and leading discussions on technical and project-related issues. - Ensuring alignment of projects with the client's vision, scope, design, and budget. - Resolving complex technical and design challenges. - Supporting design and documentation during the execution of concepts. - Conducting site visits and documenting findings. - Managing submittals, RFIs, and other requests during construction. - Interfacing with building and permitting officials. - Engaging in office culture and initiatives. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institute. - Strong design conceptualization and execution skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other advanced software. - Knowledge of architectural standards, processes, and sustainability standards. - Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Willingness to collaborate positively in team environments. - Familiarity with Morphogenesis procedures and standards.
