Senior Associate-Architechture

As an experienced Architect with 12-15 years of relevant design experience, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with project managers and consultants to ensure that project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are met. You will need to have a clear understanding of the Firm's Design Philosophy and guide the team to adhere to the same. It is essential to refer to various sources for reference materials to enhance knowledge, stay updated with global design standards, and technological advancements to effectively lead the team. You will also work on project cost estimates, calculations, and ensure the team stays within financial budgets and deadlines. Innovative thinking is required to overcome technical and design challenges. Your role will involve reviewing the production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks to ensure that quality control activities for all architectural elements are met. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the project manual and specifications, contributing to Design Reviews, conducting on-site observations, and guiding the team to document site reviews and address RFIs. Additionally, you will assist in organizing continuing professional development workshops, client presentations, project acquisition, and supporting the growth and well-being of subordinates. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institute, along with proficiency in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other advanced software. Strong design conceptualization and execution skills are essential, along with a good understanding of architectural standards, processes, and sustainability standards such as GRIHA, LEED, ECBC, and WELL. Attention to detail, commitment to high-quality work, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work positively with teams, and comply with Morphogenesis procedures and standards are crucial requirements.
