Role Overview: As a Senior Draftsman at VIKAS MADAN ARCHITECTS, you will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed construction drawings for institutional and commercial buildings. Your attention to detail and strong experience in architectural drafting will play a crucial role in ensuring the clarity and precision of the architectural construction drawings. Key Responsibilities: - Develop accurate and detailed construction drawings and working drawings from design concepts. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure clarity and precision in the drawings. - Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and standards. - Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback from the design and construction team. - Maintain documentation and drawing archives. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting. - Strong knowledge of institutional and commercial building construction drawings. - Proficient in AutoCAD drafting software. - Excellent understanding of construction detailing and documentation. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or related field preferred.,
