Senior Architect (Steel Building Design)

As a member of the architectural design team at Mott MacDonald, your role will involve providing assistance in architectural design and documentation for steel building design on various large projects such as Power projects, Utility buildings, substation buildings, mixed-use buildings, and industrial projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of architectural drawings, schedules, presentation materials, and bid documents - Checking design drawings to ensure quality submissions - Managing deliverables within cost and timelines - Coordinating with MEP and Structural design teams To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Education qualification of B.Arch./ M. Arch from a reputed institute with a minimum of 10+ years of overall experience - Experience in using BIM, preferably Revit Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD - Previous work experience in a project wise (Aecosim) environment - Proficiency in BIM, Photoshop, lumenRT, etc. - Ability to interface effectively with Civil/Structural and MEP teams - Strong communication skills in written and spoken English - High attention to detail - Knowledge of design codes - Willingness to travel as per project requirements Additionally, Mott MacDonald offers a flexible working environment to support your work-life balance.
