Job Title: Senior AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) Job Location: [Chennai] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-5 years Job Summary: An AR Caller is responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze claim status and take appropriate action. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claim status and resolve pending claims. Identify reasons for claim denials and take corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation of calls and updates in the billing system. Work collaboratively with the billing team to improve claim resolution. Escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate team for further action. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of US healthcare insurance and medical billing (preferred). Ability to analyze and resolve claim-related issues. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work in night shifts Qualifications: A clear vision to work towards resolution & being result oriented, 12 months - 6 Years of experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare industry, Any UG/PG Graduation.
