Senior Analyst, Processing

You will be responsible for overseeing the processing of mortgage applications, managing and indexing documentation, verifying information, calculating income and credit, processing disclosures and re-disclosures, and ensuring timely completion of all necessary steps. You will need to stay updated with federal and state regulations to ensure all closing and processing activities meet legal requirements. Acting as a primary point of contact between clients, lenders, and internal teams will be crucial for facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues during the closing process. Conducting thorough reviews of all closing documents, identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the mortgage closing and processing workflow will be part of your responsibilities. - Review loan files to ensure all documentation meets underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other relevant parties to resolve any issues during the closing process. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation, ensuring proper storage and compliance with record-keeping regulations. - Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, assisting in their professional development within the mortgage closing and processing domain. - Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to integrate this knowledge into daily operations. - Graduate in any stream (Essential) - Flexible to work in rotational/night shift (Essential) - Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential) - Ability to work independently with a high level of focus on detail (Essential) - Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity, as well as the ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast-paced environment (Essential) - 2-4 years of work experience interested in US Mortgage process - Loan Processing. - Previous experience in Mortgage Services (Desired) - Proficiency with MS Office applications (Desired),
