Senior Analyst - Investor Services

The Investor Services group at Mr. Cooper Group focuses on ensuring timely and accurate completion of reporting, remittance, and reconciliation of residential mortgage pools. This involves various activities such as loan acquisitions, services releases, corporate and PI Advance analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting root cause analysis of outages and collaborating with other business units and Senior Management to resolve process gaps. - Engaging with multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, to propose and implement solutions addressing the identified gaps. - Creating and presenting descriptive analytical reports to Senior Management regarding the resolution status of gaps related to cash and advance management. Key Job Competencies: - Communication: You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with external investors and internal business teams effectively. - Planning and Organizing: Offer suggestions for process enhancements, conduct daily activities in an organized manner, manage change efficiently, and adapt rapidly. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including peers and senior management, to drive resolutions. - Change Management: Demonstrate creativity and agility in devising solutions for identified process gaps. Experience And Skills Required: - Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel. - Familiarity with designing SQL queries. - Experience working with US stakeholders. - Expertise in Account Reconciliation process. - Understanding of US Residential Mortgage Servicing.
