Senior AI Technical Lead

As an AI Architect / Senior AI Technical Lead at JK Lucent, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge Gen AI solutions for global clients. Working from our well-equipped delivery center in Infopark, Koratty, Kerala, you will collaborate with a team of innovative professionals in an onsite, full-time role. Your primary focus will be on architecting scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI systems, while also mentoring talented engineers to ensure technical excellence and client success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end development and delivery process of Gen AI-based solutions that generate actionable insights from business data and facilitate decision-making. - Architect solutions that prioritize security and scalability. - Mentor team members to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects. - Manage and process data from cloud and on-premises sources. - Translate business requirements into solution designs and oversee the development, testing, and deployment of reliable and scalable software products. - Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. **Key Requirements:** - Possess 10+ years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating a track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products. - Strong educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. - Display leadership skills that inspire and motivate team members effectively. - Proficient in data modeling, REST APIs, Microservices architecture design patterns, and Software Architecture. - Hands-on experience in Gen-AI, MLOps, Feature Store, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. In addition, familiarity with agile project management methodologies would be considered a plus. This is a full-time position based in Infopark, Koratty, Kerala.
