Senior Administrator - Wintel & Virtualization

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing hands-on hardware and networking troubleshooting support, managing VPN client groups, configuring firewalls, load balancing, and ensuring network security for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Understand issues from a user perspective, isolate issues, and provide hands-on support for resolution - Manage VPN client groups, handle exception requests, and configure standard SSL and IPSEC connections - Configure content filtering, user group integration, intrusion detection, and proxy settings - Implement initial firewall configurations, perform health checks, and troubleshoot access issues - Troubleshoot load balancing issues, configure nodes, virtual servers, and load balancing methods Qualifications Required: - Any graduate with a strong understanding of hardware, networking, VPN, proxy, firewalls, and network load balancing - Familiarity with technologies such as Virtualization Platforms (KVM) and Storage Technologies - Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques, NAT configurations, and network security protocols Company Details: The company is located in India, specifically in Bengaluru, and is committed to providing a secure and efficient network infrastructure for its operations.,
