1. GST Compliance: • Handle the preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. • Perform GST reconciliation between books of accounts, sales and purchase registers, and GST portal data. • Identify and resolve GST discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.
2. TDS Compliance: • Calculate TDS on applicable payments and prepare TDS summaries. • Perform TDS reconciliation and maintain supporting documentation. • Ensure timely deposit of TDS and filing of applicable returns, as required.
3. Income Tax & Statutory Compliance: • Handle income tax-related accounting and maintain relevant documentation. • Prepare and maintain statutory records, reports, and supporting documents. • Maintain a compliance calendar and monitor statutory deadlines to ensure timely payments and filings.
4. Accounting & Financial Reporting: • Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports. • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of accounting records. • Work independently and take ownership of assigned accounting and compliance responsibilities. • Maintain the confidentiality of financial, taxation, employee, vendor, and business information.
5. Audit & Coordination: • Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, GST audits or verifications, as applicable. • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
