Job Overview

Pesh Group is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee junior accountants
• Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / B.Com
• Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
• Experience with accounting software like Tally, ERP systems
• Good understanding of financial reporting and auditing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently

Salary & Benefits

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
